These Sales Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made on skinsnow.com and establish the legal relationship between the customer and skinSNOW LLC.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on skinsnow.com, you agree to be bound by these Sales Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision, do not complete your purchase.

Product Pricing and Availability

All prices listed on skinsnow.com are in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices displayed at the time of order are the prices you will be charged, unless a promotional code or discount is applied.

We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory information on our website. However, occasionally products may become out of stock before your order is processed. If an ordered product is out of stock, skinSNOW will notify you by email within 24 hours of order placement.

If a product is unavailable, you have three options: (1) receive a full refund of the out-of-stock item, (2) substitute a similar product of equal or greater value, or (3) place a pre-order for the product when it becomes available. We will not charge you additional fees for substitutions.

Product Quantity Limits

skinSNOW reserves the right to limit the quantity of products that can be purchased in a single order to prevent fraud and ensure fair product distribution. Typically, customers may purchase up to 10 units of any single product per order. Orders exceeding these limits may be subject to verification or cancellation.

Payment Acceptance and Processing

skinsnow.com accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order total, including product cost, applicable taxes, and shipping charges. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information is accurate.

If your payment is declined, we will notify you by email. You must provide valid payment information to complete your purchase. If payment cannot be collected, your order will be cancelled automatically.

Promotional Codes and Discounts

skinSNOW occasionally offers promotional codes, discounts, and special offers that can be applied to reduce your order total. Each promotional code is subject to specific terms and conditions, including applicable products, minimum purchase requirements, usage limits, and expiration dates.

Only one promotional code can be applied per order. If you attempt to use multiple codes, only the first code will be applied.

Promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be sold, traded, or gifted to others. If we detect fraudulent use of promotional codes, we reserve the right to cancel the associated orders and refund the customer.

Expired or invalidated promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders. If you believe an error was made regarding a promotional code, contact support@skinsnow.com for assistance.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws. The tax amount is clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

If you have a valid tax exemption certificate, contact support@skinsnow.com to request tax-exempt status. We may require documentation before processing a tax exemption.

Order Placement and Confirmation

When you place an order on skinsnow.com, you are submitting an offer to purchase products from skinSNOW. skinSNOW has the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, order date, items ordered, order total, and estimated delivery date. This confirmation email does not mean your order has been approved; it confirms that we have received your payment.

Within 24 hours of order placement, skinSNOW will review your order for completeness and accuracy. Once approved, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been accepted and will be processed for shipment.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before processing has begun. To modify or cancel an order within this window, contact support@skinsnow.com immediately with your order number.

Once processing has begun (after 2 hours), orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected. However, once your order ships, you can refuse delivery or request a refund within our 30-day Money Back Guarantee period.

If you successfully cancel an order before processing begins, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Billing and Shipping Addresses

The billing address associated with your payment method must match the address on file with your bank or credit card issuer. If there is a mismatch, your payment may be declined for security reasons.

Your shipping address determines where your order will be delivered. Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

If you need to ship to a different address than your billing address, you can specify this during checkout.

Bulk Orders and Wholesale

For bulk orders of 10 or more units of any product, skinSNOW offers wholesale pricing and customized solutions. Contact support@skinsnow.com with your wholesale inquiry, including the products, quantities, and intended use.

Wholesale orders are subject to volume discounts, extended payment terms, and customized shipping arrangements. Orders must be approved by skinSNOW management before processing.

Order Fulfillment and Delivery

skinSNOW commits to processing orders and arranging shipment within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier selected. See our Shipping Policy for detailed delivery timeframes.

skinSNOW is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our responsibility is limited to ensuring your order is properly prepared, packaged, and handed over to a carrier for delivery.

Order Completion

Your purchase is considered complete when you have received your order and inspected it for damage or defects. At this point, the sale is final unless you qualify for our 30-day Money Back Guarantee or we have made an error.

Warranty and Product Defects

skinSNOW warrants that all products shipped to you are in good condition, properly sealed, and free from manufacturing defects at the time of shipment. If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact support@skinsnow.com with photos within 14 days of delivery.

We will assess the issue and either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. Defective or damaged products do not count against your 30-day Money Back Guarantee window.

Non-Refundable Items and Exceptions

Our standard 30-day Money Back Guarantee applies to all skinSNOW products. However, the following items are not eligible for refund: used or partially used products (except within the guarantee period with evidence of genuine use), products that have been opened and exposed to contamination, products purchased more than 30 days ago, items from third-party retailers (return to the original retailer), and counterfeit products.

Return and Refund Process

To initiate a return or request a refund, contact support@skinsnow.com with your order number. Include a brief description of your reason for return. We will provide return instructions and an address for shipping your return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method and will appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Final Sale Items

Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances. These items are clearly labeled as final sale at checkout. By purchasing a final sale item, you acknowledge and accept that the purchase cannot be reversed.

Order Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe there has been an error with your order or billing, contact skinSNOW at support@skinsnow.com before disputing the charge with your bank or credit card company.

Filing a chargeback with your financial institution without first attempting resolution with skinSNOW may result in the suspension of your account and a ban from future purchases.

skinSNOW will cooperate with your bank or card issuer to resolve billing disputes and will provide documentation of the order and fulfillment if requested.

Order Records

skinSNOW maintains order records for a minimum of 7 years for tax, legal, and customer service purposes. You can request copies of your order history by contacting support@skinsnow.com.

Force Majeure

skinSNOW is not liable for failure to fulfill orders or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, pandemics or public health emergencies, government actions or regulations, carrier strikes, labor disputes, or supplier failures.

In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to fulfill or reschedule orders but are not obligated to do so. If such events prevent fulfillment for an extended period, we will offer customers the option of a refund or rescheduled delivery.

Entire Agreement

These Sales Terms and Conditions, together with our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and skinSNOW regarding your purchase and use of our products.

These terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether written or oral, between you and skinSNOW.

Severability

If any provision of these Sales Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, that provision will be removed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Modifications to Terms

skinSNOW reserves the right to modify these Sales Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of skinsnow.com and placement of orders after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
