All packages are shipped with tracking and insurance. If your package is lost or 
damaged, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund—no questions asked.

TRACKING

Your tracking number is sent via email once your order ships. Tracking may take 2–5 days 
to activate—this is normal. As long as your final delivery date hasn't passed, your 
package is in transit.

ADDRESS MATTERS

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect packages after they ship.

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for import duties and customs 
taxes, which are typically collected by the carrier at delivery. Customs may inspect 
packages—this is normal and doesn't delay delivery.
