How to Request a Refund

Once approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. You will see the credit within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or credit card company.

Return Shipping Costs

For refunds within our 30-day guarantee period, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using USPS Priority Mail or equivalent for tracking purposes. If you wish, you can provide tracking information to expedite the refund process.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your skinSNOW patches arrive damaged, unsealed, or defective, contact us immediately with photos showing the damage. We will not require you to return the damaged product. Instead, we will send a replacement shipment at no cost to you, including return shipping at our expense. Alternatively, we can issue a full refund of your purchase plus reimburse your original shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

Our 30-day money back guarantee applies only to unopened, undamaged products. If you have opened the product and used it, you are eligible for a refund within the 30-day period as long as you demonstrate good faith effort to use the product as directed (minimum 7 days of consistent use).

Return Address
